Apparently VADO Clearance moved its goods to a new warehouse just before I placed my order. They therefore contacted me to let me know that there might be a delay in fulfilling the order. In reality the delay was minimal and I'm happy with the product I ordered.

The basin plug + waste was missing from the order + the seller phoned me straight away to apologise + arranged for one to be sent out to me immediately.
