Habe Stunden damit verbraucht es zu versuchen die "smarten" LEDs mit meinem Netzwerk bzw. mit meinem Smartphone zu verbinden, leider ohne erfolgt. Die App ist mehr als nur schlimm. (Und warum braucht die Ledvance-App überhaupt GPS-Informationen?) Als Bluetooth-Gerät war der Trafo in den Systemeinstellungen sichtbar - der App war das aber wohl egal. Auch nach etlichen Reset/Neustart-Versuchen des Strip leider keine Besserung. Nie wieder Ledvance-Produkte!

Ich wollte wirklich alles rausreißen und wegschmeißen. Qr Code für Google Home wird nicht erkannt. Trotz Koppelung auch über Alexa keine Verbindung möglich. Wird aktuell nur mit der eigenen Katastrophen App gesteuert.

Es gibt RGBW-Typen (Farbe einstellbar) und zusätzlich weiße LEDs. Das Ganze ist auch dimmbar. Dieser Ledvance-LED-Streifen ist jedoch ein RGBTW-Typ (TW=Tunable White) - hier kann sogar zusätzlich der Weißlichtfarbton von warm bis kalt eingestellt werden . Wie immer bei Smart+ Produkten: die gewählten Einstellungen werden gespeichert! Schaltet man per Lichtschalter aus & später wieder ein, werden alle Werte wiederhergestellt.

I sent the seller photos, and the response was positive and impressively fast. A replacement product was shipped and it arrived intact. The tubes are as described, though I have yet to test them as I need to modify my light fitting. I think the 3 tube pack is excellent value for money, the shipping cost is probably justified due to the need for good packaging and reliable courier.
