Only thing i would highly recommend to the seller is to please wrap the device in some protection bubble sheet or something because it was placed in the bix as it is. The transportation can be bumpy and can result in damaging the device.

The phone worked as should, but there was some problem with the image quality from the camera. After contacting the seller, we agreed of partial refund (about 10% of the actual price), but he did then refund more than agreed, so at least I am happy how the seller respond when I contacted him. Top Seller.

It's a very good quality phone plus it is red in color which is rare here. The seller was very willing to rectify any issues I had and the package came in early. Also when it hit the U.S. I was provided a USPS tracking number which I did not expect. Overall 10/10 would recommend this seller and would buy again from them.

The communication was a little slow at times but, be patient; they always responded. Contact the seller and be patient if you have an issue. I was able to resolve the issue and am now happy with my purchase. And yes, I did in fact receive a brand new sealed in the box phone, no issues there at all. In the end I am happy and it was a positive experience. Give the seller a chance.
