I opened a return request and they ignored it even after I checked in with them two days later, nothing. They ignored it for about 5 days and only took it seriously once I got eBay involved. Even then they refused to grant a full refund as outlined In their policy, I only got 50%. TLDR: but from this seller if you just want products shipped straight off Amazon and horrible communication.

I contacted the seller; and they offered to have me schedule a return through Ebay. In researching the product, it seems that this may be a product created by Aussie (Instant Volume), to replace Aussome Volume. I decided to keep the product, and give it a try. The seller was very helpful, and very quick to reply to my message. Shipping was, also, very punctual.

However, I wish e-bay Sellers would notify when they are using Amazon packing and shipping instead of the individual seller.
