The only thing I would say is my thumb doesnt fit the circle left on the screen for touch ID (doesn't bother me and maybe I didn't do it well or I have a problematic thumb - I just use my pin to unlock my phone so I would give the actual item itself a 4/5) but other than that, as expected and described

Once informed I hadn't received the item, the seller contact the postal service, kept me updated and happily refunded the item when the postal service couldn't find the item. A great seller who I have bought from previously and will buy from again

Had to request that eBay customer service steps in and get involved. Awful experience with this seller. Quality seems ok, but value for money isn't great either. Condition and Appearance isnt what I'd pay for either. Stay away from this one
