The parcel was being sent to wrong address which was my fault, I contacted the seller about the address, and the seller did everything possible the fix the problem, even though the parcel had already been sent, he managed to get the address changed and the parcel redirected to the correct address. Item did not arrive on time, but the seller made a favorable effort to correct the matter. Seller also replied to all of my messages. In the end I got the item and it appears to be identical to the part I replaced, and fit perfectly. I’m sure my experience was probably a rare occurrence, and I would order from this seller again.

I have it installed but i wont say anything about the product itself but will update my feedback once item is in function in truck. I have to say that USPS was absolutely terrible and I received my product in a box that was destroyed by USPS and I'm hoping and praying that the power steering pump was not damaged in the process of their mishandling
