Item did not arrive on time, but the seller made a favorable effort to correct the matter. Seller also replied to all of my messages. In the end I got the item and it appears to be identical to the part I replaced, and fit perfectly. I’m sure my experience was probably a rare occurrence, and I would order from this seller again.

I have it installed but i wont say anything about the product itself but will update my feedback once item is in function in truck. I have to say that USPS was absolutely terrible and I received my product in a box that was destroyed by USPS and I'm hoping and praying that the power steering pump was not damaged in the process of their mishandling
