I was able to find my old one, but wanted the remote with the volume button. This was so quick and easy to setup. All I had to do was hold one button for 10 seconds and unpair the old remote. I did contact the seller regarding my shipping and stated delivery window. They were very responsive and professional. This item is very reasonably priced and delivery was fast. I very highly recommend .

I had concerns about delivery based on the seller’s feedback and negative feedback left by other buyers but the seller was in communication with me. My only issue was that when I received notification that the item had been shipped I was given a fake usps tracking number that didn’t exist with usps and the seller told me that items that small don’t receive tracking but they didn’t explain why I was given a usps fake tracking number to begin with.
