It appears new indeed, but has ben handled (moved over surfaces) a lot, or something alike. A book in this state (with quality issues) would not be sold full price in a store. The picture attached is just a small part of the back, to clearly show why I mean. The full back is in a similar state.

The only slight downside was that it took quite a bit longer to be delivered. I ordered 4 CD's at the same time. The 1st 3 were delivered on time but this one took about 5 days extra. It's no bother to me but a message would have been nice to explain the situation. I would still buy from this seller again.
