Seller took care in covering it with bubble-wrap as well, which is an extra bonus & shows that he knows how to look after customer purchases well. For the value I got for this figurine, it was very good & it doesn't matter in the least if it was not in its original package. It works well as a display item on a study desk or shelf & doesn't need a base for support, which is great. Major props to the seller for this...

The response was very quick and very satisfactory, apologising for the delay in the post (item had been sent) and promising to resend the item. One business day later the replacement arrived via express post. The item arrived in good condition, exactly as described. Great quality, and looks even better than expected.
