Shipment time was slow (or so it seemed) but Seller responded quickly to my inquiry and items arrived on the date they assured. I ordered on 12/31/24 - product arrived on 1/17/25. I have not tried the ink cartridges as yet but they appear to be in good condition.

I am now wondering if this is truly HP new cartridges or just recycled ones filled with new ink? The price was fair but I expected the product to arrive as pictured on line. I haven’t used it yet, but I do expect purchases to come in their own packaging as observed on line.

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person.
