We reached out to this seller and they sent a replacement, which arrived in less than a week. We were pleased with their response to the lost package, which was no fault of theirs.

I don't know if they lost her package o damage or don't know . But never arrived... so I'm very disappointed bcuz I order 2 item same day & the other item cumin from PA & arrived on tkme so.. this item i order cumin from cople Miles from my place & dind showed up yet... that's why I calcel... I hope UPS TAKE & ACTION.... seller was ok

One week after I ordered them from another seller and replaced them I received the parts. I offered him to send the carrier pick them up but he told me to just keep them. Excellent seller!
