My issue is that I find it punishing to pay almost 40% extra on top of the purchase price for taxes and “handling fees” in my country charged by the worst postal company ever existed. This is much higher (DHL and GLS are at 30%, almost no handling fee) than what GLS or DHL charges for the same shipment, where delivery times are 2-3 days instead of weeks. I hate our local postal service.

There is no seller on eBay I'd recommend more highly than Swiss-Made-Time -- responsive when support is needed, and providing only items of really first class quality. In this case, I ordered three different things simultaneously and, after eBay had charged me, refunded the duplicate shipping costs; that was not required, but it was the kind of thoughtful service that keeps me coming back for more.
