The pillow is supporting my back and shoulders and I am a super sized person about 450 lbs. And the half moon pillow supporting my neck is great! I am bed bound on a bariatric medical bed with an alternating air mattress. This pillow helps me sit up really straight which feels so good! If you are stuck in bed, you know what I mean!☺
