The pillow is supporting my back and shoulders and I am a super sized person about 450 lbs. And the half moon pillow supporting my neck is great! I am bed bound on a bariatric medical bed with an alternating air mattress. This pillow helps me sit up really straight which feels so good! If you are stuck in bed, you know what I mean!☺

Our item was packed well but delivery was slowed a bit by the 4th of July holiday. Not much the seller can do about that. Will buy from these guys again. The quality of the dye is excellent, it arrived in perfect packaging. All is good with these guys.
