HINT- once the groove is cleaned of the old gasket, these seemed to be too thick. Just pull in opposite directions to get started and then continue stretching as you turn the canister (what they call the gizmo these fit into) and you'll end up with a superior quality seal. higher grade than original! You DO need to turn the center mounting shaft a quarter turn to release the canister. It's only plastic so go SLOW either way
