The only issue was that the insert was creased due to the manufacturer not placing it properly inside the case. As this item was sealed and new, this was NOT the fault of the seller. I'm overall very pleased with the purchase and will definitely look to purchase more from this seller.

The seller was happy to work out a fair shipping price to my country and very friendly. I knew the Bakugan was bootleg when I bought it, and the recreation is mediocre at best but at least resembles the Bakugan. The customer service, shipping time, and packaging were all lovely. The card especially is printed very nicely and I'd happily buy from this seller again.
