The price is so low that it's still worth it to use even once.

I would've preferred a tool with 3 or 4 grips but they are quite expensive so I thought I'd give this a try. Given that it's a universal tool, it isn't a perfect fit for my vehicle but, with a little fettling, has enough grip to get the job done. Saved me a lot of time and, with due care and attention, enabled me to remove the plastic locking ring without causing damage.

Great item wrapped to perfection, package had been slightly damaged in post, nothing broken, just rip in package due to sharp edged container. I’ve never had such good service and esp to think I’ve spent less than £13 Thank you for your service it’s brilliant! Adi

Complained to Evri about unsafe delivery but eventually was told to inform the retailer of this incident. Gemma from Tools 2U Direct customer services was excellent in dealing wth me about this matter.Communication was great and she sent me a new set of spanners via Royal Mail this time.They have now arrived and I am happy with my purchase. In summary, action taken by courier poor
