Not tight in the pouch, but not super loose either. Supports fine and still shows off enough. Fabric super light and liner is thin, which I like as I usually cut the liners out. Swam laps in them tonight and despite there is no drawstring, they stayed on just fine when diving in and doing tumble turns.
