Synopsis
Janette Oke's Animal Friends Introduce...Hiram the Pig Hiram doesn't always get along with his brothers and sisters, especially the bully Hawkins. They're always competing. And as Mother teaches them about life on the farm, Hiram and Hawkins end up in many scrapes together. One day Hiram is picked to go to the fair. Surely now his brothers and sisters will know he's special! It's a lot of hard work, though, and Hiram soon begins to think maybe going to the fair isn't so great after all. But has Hiram pushed his family away forever?, Hiram and his brother Hawkins compete for first place in their pig family. Hawkins is so much bigger--does Hiram even have a chance? But then they both learn the importance of being the best pig they can be.
