When no stock availablle, they even reply with exact same reason, waiting time frame word for word when asked for full refund. They claimed that buyer request to canceled my order not them. Be aware!

We responded to all your messages within 24 hours. The item was dispatched via Australia Post after payment was cleared, but unfortunately, the delay was beyond our control. We also followed up with Australia Post, and after they were unable to locate the parcel, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture. We understand the frustration caused by shipping delays, and we did everything possible to resolve the situation fairly.
