It's such a problem that you could message them anything unrelated to the order and you'll get some prerecorded message. The seller could use a little more information in his descriptions but communication were favorable so I took a chance and won with this seller. The box set arrived on time and in pristine condition. Each CD is enclosed in high quality paper holder with the original album artwork on both sides however, the holder is made of a rather stiff material and I will let you know if it scratches the CD's from use.
