Reached out and seller promptly responded offering to send replacements. One was for magenta and one for the pgbk. Unfortunately they sent a bk cartridge and not a pgbk cartridge. I contacted them about receiving the wrong cartridge, offered to return the extra bk cartridge they accidentally sent as well. 3 messages and over a week later still no response.

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.

I was sent a link to a video that still didn't show me how to do it correctly. I had to find the correct instructions on my own. Just an inconvenience I hope the seller fixes for future buyers. The ink works as it is suppose to though. Just be prepared you might have to figure it out on your own.
