The store gave me less than 24 hours to choose the offered replacement! I did get a refund but I was super disappointed. Item was for a special needs adult.

They replied promptly and we messaged back & forth a bit. They also offered to just have me return them all...but I needed one for a birthday gift. Why sell damaged goods as New With Tags when you know they are damaged with stains? Very disappointed with Seller.
