First real failure I've had of a dozen archival collections I've bought through E-Bay. It's stuck in its 2006 mode and I'm ditching it. The Seller talked me into it. Just not a straight deal, and the monster "Agreement" attached is weird and unacceptable. We never communicated with you and have no idea what monster agreement you are talking about. But from what I do understand, it sounds like you did not install the Irfanview viewer and its plugins. The index file on the disk - the very first line -gives a link to download the latest version which is up to date as of now - 2022. Did not work. And you either have not red the company's agreement, and were just merchandizing for them. It's a scam. Or possibly the "instructions" were outdated. Or the disc was a dud. I've bought quite a few similar items, including from e-Bay, and they work like a charm.
