Cooked a couple of steaks in it that night in a ooni cast iron grilling pan. Love cooking steaks in it. Next night cook 3 pizzas in it was very happy with the way it held the heat a lot better than the stone that was in it. Love pizza steels.

I asked the shipper about it and was told it was delivered. It actually delivered a couple days later. I'm assuming he just got it confused with a similar product I ordered around the same time. So I will give 3 stars for communication instead of 5. I would still buy from him again, though.
