I measured 3 times to be sure I would order the correct size so maybe they run small I am not sure. I don't remember what the return policy is but I would really like to reorder & get a larger size. As far as the shipping; it seemed a little slow but it was not really a big deal. I believe they came from outside the USA so that is understandable. Please advise as to whether I can return & orfder a larger size. Thanks
