On this leg of the JOHTO JOURNEYS, Ash and friends face off against Team Rocket once again, only this time they find themselves going up against a rather dastardly invention: an Arbo-Tank piloted by a rogue Togepi. Meanwhile, Misty begins baby sitting for a whiny baby Marill whose cry proves also to be a dangerous attack. Finally, Ash and company visit the ancient home of the Charizard, where Ash realizes he might have to part company with his own Charizard.
