I thought that was reasonable and I'm disappointed that the seller didn't even bother to reply. A 30c wash costs less than £1. Then threatened to report me, for not responding to her unreasonable demands, and now left this misleading feedback. Rude. Aggressive. Demanding. Manipulative.
