They wrap the manufacturer's box in bubble wrap and light cardboard. They are quick to ship. Communication is excellent. The whole process is as good as I have experienced. Remember that tariffs are not their fault, but right now that's something we have to deal with in the US.

We had to wait a bit for the manufacturer; meanwhile the Seller kept me well updated on the estimated shipping date. Once the product was shipped, it arrived extremely fast, in a matter of only two (!) days (and that's from Japan to US). Packaging was great; the product looked perfect and was in excellent condition (new), as described. Outstanding Seller, definitely recommended.
