The remote location of the post office did not allow the boots to be delivered, the Post Office in the remote location, returned them to the sender. The seller immediately responded with assurance that the refund would be forthcoming, and the refund was issued even before they received the boots back. This kind of Customer Service is above and beyond and these days rare. Highly recommended.

Shipping needs improvement. Dumb Delivery left package in front of Wrong Apt.# Door. Happen to look at Neighbors door and found package. . Can't read Numbers ??? I even had big NOTE on the Door stating to "knock", as I was Home during delivery this date. Better get another Delivery Service.....Otherwise positive Seller

We had issues with the shipping company, but once I contacted the seller, boots were delivered the very next day, plus, they were kind enough to issue us a small refund for the shipping issues!! Great vendor, will buy from again!!
