Went out of their way to make sure the package arrived even when the mistake was from my part. It’s difficult to find quality Bayonetta figures at such great price but they delivered! The package was neatly wrapped and packaged assuring it would come in good condition. I love it and how it will look! It was overall a wonderful experience purchasing from this seller!

The delivery was unfortunately a bit of a struggle, it arrived 6 days after the expected arrival date but since the item was shipping from Japan to the US the delay is understandable. The price was incredibly fair compared to other sellers. The seller also made an effort to update me periodically about the shipment.
