I bought the same bowl from another vendor who did a terrible packing job. The bowl arrived smashed to bits. I related the story to this vendor, and she was very solicitous, offering to take any and all requests and suggestions on how to pack it. She did a fantastic job with tons of bubble wrap around the item, plus lots of crumpled paper around that. She used a very sturdy box, and stamped "fragile" all over it.
