Along the way he kept in touch with me on his progress and also emailed me photos as well till it was done. He shipped it quickly unlike other vendors. I received the shipment fairly quick. He had taken extra care and boxed and packed the knife well. The knife met more than my expectations. It was beautifully done. It matched the picture.
