    Seller shipped multiple stands in one poorly packaged, single wall box. There was not even half of enough dunnage and the stands scratched up against each other in shipment which was super slow, would have been faster if they used FedEx instead of UPS. I contacted the buyer and they gave me a cursory response and blew me off. I needed these for a contract and had to eat the cost to the client who was reasonably upset. Just a terrible transaction overall, a very careless seller.

    I'm sorry you feel this way. I asked you to let me know if there was any damage and you never responded. As far as the shipping method goes, I list multiple options so that the buyer can chose whichever one they prefer. You chose UPS. Have a good night.
