When I had a problem with Yodel, the couriers, I received a prompt and helpful reply from the seller. However, I would warn sellers against using Yodel. Their service is appalling. They promise delivery on a certain date and do not deliver. They make stupid excuses, in this case ‘The driver could not find your house’. They promise redelivery on a certain date and do not deliver.

The piece arrived in excellent condition with its original patina intact. It was packed extremely well,surrounded by protective materials that kept it safe in transit.
