When I had a problem with Yodel, the couriers, I received a prompt and helpful reply from the seller. However, I would warn sellers against using Yodel. Their service is appalling. They promise delivery on a certain date and do not deliver. They make stupid excuses, in this case ‘The driver could not find your house’. They promise redelivery on a certain date and do not deliver.
