Padding was missing, allowing unit to move around during shipping. Box wasn't even taped closed. Outer box said apple on it, was adequate with padding and protection. Was terrified to turn this thing on. Seller did not appreciate the delicate manner in which this needed to be shipped. I would not buy from the seller again based upon how he shipped this item. it's just business for him.
