It may have been delivered to the wrong address. But, the product arrived two days later, well packaged, in good condition, and it appeared brand new, as advertised. This product is a high quality lysine powder for cats, & they love the taste, which makes it easy to use. Just add to their food, dry or wet. It was a very good price from this seller, & well worth the price. I highly recommend this seller!
