Scott packaged the items with excellent care and protection. Product was quickly shipped with tracking. Upon opening the package one item was missing. Contacted Scott and he immediately took ownership of the situation and rectified the problem and shipped me the one missing item out at no charge to me. Scott was quick to respond. Very understanding. As before items matched photos and description exactly. Excellent job.
