Eventually turned up over a month later - seller hadn't paid full postage and it took RM four weeks to notify me and arrange redelivery after I'd paid the fee. Again delay due to RM and the seller was excellent about resolving this, when it DID arrive item was well packed and the original posting was done immediately.
