The images and descriptions were accurate and detailed. (So detailed, in fact, that I couldn't even find all the tiny blemishes!) The packaging was excellent and the device itself was perfect. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I had some difficulties setting up the laptop, and the seller patiently took the time to help me resolve my questions. I cannot recommend them enough!

Shipping took 1 day longer than the maximum estimated. This was a small disappointment since it I am only 100 km away. yet it took 8 days to arrive to me. The dell 7020 optiplex was as described, and in good condition. It runs much faster than my previous computer and came with a fresh activated copy of Win 10 pro installed which is working perfectly. Seller was quick to respond to comunications, and offered the computer at a very competitive price. Overall it was a good purchasing experience.
