She was wrapped and packaged in her original Tyler Wentworth box to ensure safe delivery. Shipping was prompt and arrived exactly on time. Her dress was a little dirty being white, but because it is linen I was able to hand wash it in extremely cold water, and it came out clean and didn't shrink. I truly love her, and she is a great asset to my collection, so I feel she is an excellent value. I am happy with my purchase and seller.

The doll inside the box was miraculously perfect, and no damage was present. Fortunately the seller placed extra bubblewrap around the doll and that was extra protection. My only regret is that the box is not usable for future storage. The seller was responsive when I reported the issue.
