I reached out about a package not moving, and asked if they could give usps a nudge. They didn’t flip out, they asked to give it more time and that they would if nothing happened. They messaged me. They kept me informed. Now… almost a month later the package has arrived and just days ago they had messaged me to inform me it was moving. I didn’t stress. I wasn’t rude. They weren’t rude.
