The only downside was that the keyboard had a slight bend from the inside out, which wasn't mentioned in the description—though it was visible in the pictures (would have been nice to have it noted). Still, a great buying experience overall, and I would definitely purchase from this seller again. TRUST+++!

      Got some wrong item sent but I get partial refund. Great communication. Item arrived as scheduled, package could be better (all memory sticks were just stacked on each other and bubble wrapped) I would prefer to receive each stick in separate static bag or some kind of holder. Anyway al appears to be in great shape at its value.

      I appreciate the seller making things right. They shipped the wrong item in the item I purchased packaging. It’s frustrating to receive the wrong item but they were instantly responsive and offered to make it right. I sent the product back for a full refund. I appreciate the responsiveness and honesty from this seller when things went wrong. It shouldn’t have happened IMO but I give them the benefit of doing the right thing at the end of the day.
