The seller packaged the items in a way that I thought would be sufficient, but both bowls were broken on arrival. I reached out immediately with pics and what I had found. I guess they issued a refund right away, because the refund hit my bank this morning - including shipping! I am saving this seller because this is the kind of person I want to do business with!
