The only downside was that the keyboard had a slight bend from the inside out, which wasn't mentioned in the description—though it was visible in the pictures (would have been nice to have it noted).     Got some wrong item sent but I get partial refund. Great communication. Item arrived as scheduled, package could be better (all memory sticks were just stacked on each other and bubble wrapped) I would prefer to receive each stick in separate static bag or some kind of holder. Anyway al appears to be in great shape at its value.

    I appreciate the seller making things right. They shipped the wrong item in the item I purchased packaging. It’s frustrating to receive the wrong item but they were instantly responsive and offered to make it right. I sent the product back for a full refund. I appreciate the responsiveness and honesty from this seller when things went wrong. It shouldn’t have happened IMO but I give them the benefit of doing the right thing at the end of the day.
