It turned out it was the 3 techs I had to deal with at a Verizon store. Apparently the first 2 didn't know exactly what to do. The seller possessed great communication on assisting us on getting the phone to work correctly. A++ Service Honest and timely delivery. Phone actually looked better than expected. Would do business with again.

I have now had the watch two days and have not set it up because I do not have a firm answer if I am getting the cube, travel charger, screen protector, or the other 5 bands.
