Without it there is no point to the key or ignition. I have asked them to fix this problem by sending the part they took off the colum. They have refused. I will n ever use them again buyer beware. And ebay does not help with problems with purchaqses any more poeple lie anf they don't help fix the problem

The part came as it looked in the picture and even sent me 2 pictures of the product being packaged and an hour later I had a confirmation from UPS that it was shipped.
