Additionally, they created a shipping label, preventing me from canceling the order. Without it there is no point to the key or ignition. I have asked them to fix this problem by sending the part they took off the colum. They have refused. I will n ever use them again buyer beware. And ebay does not help with problems with purchaqses any more poeple lie anf they don't help fix the problem
