Accountability is everything and they made good resolving the issue in a fair manner. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. Value and description-not so much due to the fact that the product was ruined unbeknownst to the seller. Recommended seller!

Asked seller if he had pants in better condition amongst his listings, he said couldn't tell, they're already packed to ship.
